never trust wolves in sheeps clothing
Yesterday I saw someone from high-school that I never really spoke to, we held a descent conversation which wasn’t bad. Last night I had a dream with my fellow high-school peers as adults. The more I think about it, I think it was a nightmare. For the simple fact I was getting all the inquisitive, nosey questioning I did in high-school. Lesson of this dream. Stay the Hell away from them, old habits might not have died and it’ll end up being a living nightmare.

They Do Exist!
Good, helpful, kindhearted people do exist in New York. Today as I was walking home, I passed the train station and the first thing I saw was a homeless, confused lady sitting in her SeatWalker (for lack of a better name); as I began turning the corner I saw that there was a man giving her money. (Which isn’t uncommon, with the amount of homeless individuals in New York.) But what was different about this person and made me smile, was he asked her “Do you have somewhere to stay? Are you staying at a shelter?”
I hadn’t see what she looked at until I was fully around the corner. The poor woman was sweating in clothing that would hopefully keep her warm at night, and had peed herself. Yet there was the man who a was a complete stranger, of a different race, in business attire extending a helping hand to this woman.
As I my fellow New Yorkers and anyone who has visited New York knows, that we aren’t always the friendliest when it comes to extending a helping hand to those who have. And sadly that goes for a handful of others in the free country. Yet this man did it for someone homeless.
Now I’m not suddenly feeling to be come a advocate for the homeless, because quite frankly for some it’s a life style some chose. I am going to try it out, by doing a little more than giving them my left overs that I don’t want to carry or some change when they come through the train carts asking for it. How I don’t know, but I hope I can be a little better of a person by doing something; and when I forget why I am doing it I will remember the man helping the woman by the train station.
Doing some extreme knitting.
